These are latest shipping dates as recommended by Royal Mail for Christmas from 2025. 2026 dates have not yet been published so please use these as a guideline. I strongly advise placing an order ahead of these dates!

If you have missed your country's dispatch date and wish to send expedited with a courier such as FedEx / UPS, please email me mail@pet-shop.co and this can be arranged, but please understand this will be more expensive!
Please include all items/sizes you require as well as shipping address & a phone number for the courier.
