All items are shipped from the UK.
Please also note that European packages may incur import charges - these are beyond our control and we cannot reimburse these! They are not included in your shipping cost.
USA packages are sent duties paid - no extra charges will be due on arrival.
Once dispatched, how long do orders take to arrive?
Please note that when we re-open the store it is usually an extremely busy time for us and orders in the first week after opening are likely to take up to one week to dispatch due to the number of packages we can physically pack daily.
Please expect some delay in shipping your order during this time. For UK customers - Tracked24 packages will always be prioritised.
UK
Tracked24 is usually next working day. Tracked48 is usually two working days.
International (Non-UK)
Orders to Europe / USA / Canada / Australia are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and usually take around 1-2 weeks to arrive after dispatch. It is not unusual for them to take 3 weeks or even a month if the mail is particularly slow or if they are held in customs.

Do you accept returns?
Please make sure you are ordering the correct shirt size using the sizing guide. Simply measure a shirt you own and compare them with these measurements.
Please email me to receive a returns form - just reply to your order email.
We will accept items for a refund, but have stopped making exchanges. You can return the item for a refund, but should purchase the desired item as a new order.
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs unless a wrong item has been sent.
