Please also note that European packages may incur import charges - these are beyond our control and we cannot reimburse these!

Once dispatched, how long do orders take to arrive?

UK
Tracked24 is usually next working day. Tracked48 is usually two working days.

International (Non-UK)
Orders to Europe / USA / Canada / Australia are sent via Royal Mail International Standard and usually take around 1-2 weeks to arrive after dispatch. It is not unusual for them to take 3 weeks or even a month if the mail is particularly slow. Unfortunately this is out of our control. You must select Tracked Shipping at checkout if you wish to have a tracking number as this service costs extra with Royal Mail.

If packages are sent untracked we are unable to take any responsibility for lost parcels. Please contact me before ordering if you have any other questions!

Do you accept returns?

Please make sure you are ordering the correct shirt size using the sizing guide. Simply measure a shirt you own and compare them with these measurements.

Please contact us to discuss returns. We will accept items for a refund, but have stopped making exchanges. You can return the item for a refund, but should purchase the desired item as a new order.

Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs unless a wrong item has been sent.
