Orders with no pre-order items

Orders that contain no pre-order items and are “in stock & ready to ship” will dispatch from 17 May.

We are currently building a mezzanine floor in our warehouse, which means we cannot ship orders before this date.

Pre-order items
The store is currently running pre-order campaigns.

Any item with [PRE-ORDER] in the title is made to order. These items will begin shipping from mid to late June.

Shipping pre-orders will take 2 to 3 weeks. All pre-order shipments are scheduled to dispatch by mid-July at the latest.

Orders containing both pre-order and non pre-order items
If your order contains both pre-order and non pre-order items, everything will ship together.

If you need your non pre-order items sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Schedule

8 May: Store opens for two weeks
24 May: Store closes. Pre-orders are sent to production.
Mid to late June: Pre-orders begin shipping.
Mid-July: All pre-orders scheduled to have dispatched.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping email with tracking once your order has dispatched.
